Shipping & Returns

Delivery within Germany is made as a parcel with Deutsche Post or DHL Warenpost. Internationally we ship with DHL Paket and Warenpost International.

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We deliver to Germany and all EU countries listed in the table below. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will see together whether individual shipping is possible for you.

If your shipment cannot be delivered (e.g. because you provided an incorrect address or the shipment was not picked up promptly), you are responsible for any resulting costs such as return shipping and re-shipping.

Return / Exchange

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason and thus cancel the purchase agreement. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and, apart from being tried on, must be unused. If there are indications that the goods have been used to such an extent that their value has decreased, the customer loses his right of withdrawal. The 14-day return period begins after receipt of these instructions (e.g. by email), but not before the customer receives the goods.
Returns must be sent back to us at your own expense. You do not have to use the original box, but can choose the cheapest shipping method.

Please proceed as follows for your return:

1. Fill out the return information that was included with your order. A post-it with your name and invoice number is also sufficient.
2. If you would like to exchange the item for another one, you can also indicate this on the return slip. We will then send you the desired item free of charge (only within Germany).

For returns with a value of more than 30 euros, we recommend sending with tracking. We accept no liability or guarantee for returns lost in the mail.


Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be refunded the corresponding amount. If your refund is rejected, we will contact you by email.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded for standard delivery.
To prevent fraud, we will only refund amounts to the account used to place the order.
